It’s never too late to start something new: an interview on creative pursuits via Robin Cangie’s Creative Dialogues

This whole DJ thing has taught me SO MUCH about living a creative life. I’m saying “yes” when I get a spark of inspiration and I follow that spark as far as I can.

Sometimes it’s hard to say “yes,” like when you have doubts that there’s anyone out there who could like this music. But I’ve learned that it matters more to follow inspiration first and worry about what people think later. The people who get it will find you.

That’s the theme that ran through this Q&A I did with Robin Cangie on her Creative Dialogues blog. I talk about overcoming imposter syndrome, getting through creative blocks (hint: it involves hiking in Wisconsin’s woods), and how the key to happiness is finding your flow.
